Chequered Flag special edition also joins the expanded line-up, which gains uprated interior technology

Jaguar has expanded its Jaguar F-Pace SUV line-up with two special edition models for 2019, as well as uprated interior technology and lower emissions for the rest of the range.

The F-Pace 300 Sport arrives with unique exterior styling, 22in alloy wheels and 300 Sport-branded yellow brake calipers to set it apart from existing F-Pace models, as well as bespoke front and rear badges.

It can be optioned with either a 2.0-litre petrol engine capable of 62mph in 6.1 seconds and a 145mph top speed, or with a 3.0-litre V6 diesel good for 0-62mph in 6.4 seconds and a 150mph top speed. It also runs on ultra low-rolling resistance tyres, which have been included across the range to improve CO2 emissions.

The yellow theme continues inside with contrasting stitching across the instrument panel, centre console and leather seats. The steering wheel and front seat headrests get embossed 300 Sport logos. Jaguar says the 300 Sport includes £8430 of extra kit included as standard, including Touch Pro navigation, a 12.3in digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable heated seats and a Meridian sound system.

"The F-Pace line-up has something for everyone," Jaguar design director Ian Callum said. "The latest special editions build on this visual appeal by enhancing the model’s sporting character to each create something unique.”

The F-Pace follows the XE saloon, which received a 300 Sport edition late last year. The sportier model is available to order now from £53,980.

Jaguar takes a typically sporting approach with the F-Pace, but it isn't quite enough to better its sibling, the Land Rover Discovery Sport

The Chequered Flag special edition is based on the existing R-Sport model, but includes a sports front bumper and black detailing on the grille, side vents and roof rails. It rides on 20in black alloy wheels and upgrades the interior with meshed aluminium and leather trim, Chequered Flag-branded treadplates, panoramic sunroof, 10-way electric front seats and Meridian Sound System as standard.

It also includes the Touch Pro navigation system, 12.3-in digital instrument cluster and Touch Pro infotainment. All F-Pace models now include Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

"With this latest raft of updates to the F-Pace, buyers have more choice, better value for money and the addition of the latest infotainment technology as standard," Rawdon Glover, Jaguar Land Rover's UK MD, said. "Rather than drastically alter what is already a very successful formula, we’ve simply made changes where it matters.”

Chequered Flag edition cars are available to order now from £46,995, with a choice of 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines.

Peter - don't feel aggrieved, the ability to comment has made the world a little less polite than it once was. At least you don't have Trump on your case.

I'm making over $7k a month working low maintenance. I continued hearing other individuals disclose to me how a lot of cash they can make on the web so I chose to investigate it. All things considered, it was all valid and has completely transformed me. This is my main event, ℂashverity.ℂom
